Work begins. WIP previews and proof links appear in your dashboard as the project progresses.
04 - Confirm
You approve, files delivered
Review the final result. Approve when satisfied - timestamped confirmation protects both sides. Files delivered instantly.

Common questions

100% upfront keeps things simple. Your funds aren't released until you confirm delivery in your dashboard - so you're protected. Your timestamped dashboard confirmation is proof of receipt and approval, making any dispute claim invalid.
Yes - every project ships with full source files and documentation. You own everything built for you with no strings attached.
Hosting & Maintenance is a separate monthly subscription covering managed hosting, domain, SSL, and up to 4 hours of updates/month. If you have your own hosting, choose that option in your dashboard - files will be deployed to your environment.
Websites: HTML/CSS/JS or Next.js / Astro. Discord bots: Python (discord.py) or Node.js (discord.js). Best fit is recommended during the brief phase.
Before work starts: full refund. After work starts: no refund (time already invested). After dashboard confirmation: sale is final and fully documented. See full Terms of Service.

By completing payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

STAGGERSEC provides custom website development, Discord bot development, managed hosting, and maintenance - by a sole individual based in Finland, EU.

2. Payment

2.1 Full Payment Upfront

Full payment is required before work begins. You receive a unique order token granting access to your dashboard.

2.2 Delivery Confirmation

Clicking "Approve & Confirm Delivery" in your dashboard is a timestamped, logged action. It constitutes final acceptance of the deliverable.

2.3 Payment Methods

Via Lemon Squeezy (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay), Wise (SEPA), or Paymento (crypto). EU VAT handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

3.1 Before Work Begins

Full refund available on request.

3.2 After Work Begins

No refund once the order status shows "In Progress."

3.3 After Confirmation

All sales final after dashboard confirmation. The confirmation log is proof of delivery and acceptance.

3.4 Chargebacks

Chargebacks after dashboard confirmation are considered fraud. STAGGERSEC will contest all such disputes with full evidence including confirmation timestamps, communication logs, and delivery records.

4. Hosting

The Hosting & Maintenance tier is a monthly subscription reselling third-party infrastructure. The specific provider is not disclosed. Clients choosing self-hosted provide their own environment; STAGGERSEC deploys to it but is not responsible for its uptime.

5. Revisions

Revisions are requested via the dashboard before delivery confirmation. Out-of-scope requests are quoted separately.

6. Intellectual Property

Full ownership transfers to the client after confirmation. STAGGERSEC may show work in a portfolio unless confidentiality is requested before the project begins.

7. Liability

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Governing Law

Finnish law. EU consumer rights apply where applicable.
